Public health officials in Shasta County, California, have identified two organizations that have accounted for a large number of new COVID-19 cases in the area.
After seeing a surge of new cases in the county, officials determined that 123 cases are linked to an organization called Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry, while 60 cases have been traced to an assisted living facility called Windsor Care Facility.
Bethel announced on Thursday that it would be canceling its "Church on the Ball Field" outdoor service for October 11 and asked staff members to work from home if they are able.
