A bartender in O’Fallon, Missouri, received the tip of a lifetime when a lottery ticket given to her as a tip ended up winning $50,000.

The recipient of the ticket, Taylor Russey, 33, said that lottery tickets are a normal sight at the restaurant, called Bleacher’s Bar. A regular costumer routinely buys them for other patrons, as well as the staff. The staff all received tickets as tips last Saturday, but it was not until the next day that they discovered a winning ticket had passed through the bar.

The ticket matched four of the five winning numbers, as well as the Powerball drawing. The bartender told the New York Post that, upon realizing she had won the money, she “started laughing and then started crying.”
