Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden topped President Trump's May fundraising totals by roughly $7 million, giving the former vice president his largest fundraising month of the 2020 campaign.
Trump's reelection campaign and the Republican National Committee announced Saturday that they had collected $74 million last month, while Biden and the Democratic National Committee reported they had raised $81 million during the same time span.
The Trump campaign still maintains a sizable cash advantage over Biden. Trump's allies reported around $265 million in available cash, while Biden's camp sat at near $100 million at the end of April.
