Jesse Barksdale, the owner of JRibs on State Street in Rochester, New York, is "livid" about the destruction of his business at the hands of Black Lives Matter rioters early Sunday morning.
Barksdale himself is black, and had a sign posted outside his business that read, "Proud to be Black Owned."
JRibs is a versatile storefront, serving food, offering convenience store products, and serving as a U-Haul rental location. Barksdale arrived to the scene o find his three U-Haul trucks in flames.
Later on Sunday, Barksdale posted about the incident on Facebook.
The riots that ravaged Rochester were in response to the death of Daniel Prude, a black man who died after a bizarre altercation with police back in March.
