Without comment or explanation, the Supreme Court dismissed two election fraud petitions from former Trump lawyer Sidney Powell, just a week after they denied appeals over the mail-in ballot controversy in Pennsylvania.
In the two cases dismissed Monday, the court denied the petitions for writs of mandamus regarding election results in both Arizona and Wisconsin. Both cases were part of what Powell teased as the "Kraken."
Powell's team had specifically demanded the Supreme Court provide answers to four specific questions. No justice responded to any of those demands, nor did they explain why they didn't.
