A family of seven was assaulted by violent anti-Trump rioters while participating in a "Jews for Trump" rally.

The rally included driving down 5th Avenue in New York City with Trump flags hanging out their rolled-down windows.

According to a man, presumably the father of the four children in the vehicle, another car pulled up next to theirs and deployed pepper spray in the faces of his family.

"Immediately the kids started crying and screaming and I jumped out of the car after I was peppered [sic] sprayed as well," the man, who wished to remain anonymous for the safety of his family, said to reporters.

The man's mother was able to flag down a police officer who was able to arrest the suspect after she attempted to pepper spray the man again.

The incident was just one of many that happened between the Trump-supporting participants and those who came to disrupt and protest.
