The Harvard-Yale football game Saturday was delayed for 48 minutes after more than 150 climate protesters stormed the field at the Yale Bowl.
The demonstrators sat down in the middle of the field and held up large signs that read "NOBODY WINS: YALE & HARVARD ARE COMPLICIT IN CLIMATE INJUSTICE."
The protesters were apparently demanding the colleges stop funding of fossil fuel companies.
According to ESPNU's broadcast, police peacefully escorted protesters off the field two at a time, as they were tied together in pairs. Some of them asked to be arrested.
