A stunning photograph published Thursday shows a wall-to-wall packed New York City subway car during the height of the coronavirus pandemic, an indicator that, amid the city's crippling lockdown, residents are still gathering in large groups in close proximity to one another.
The photo was shared on Twitter by Progressive Action, a New York City MTA worker's group.
"This shows [New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo] don't have a clue on how to stop this #virus in #nyc," the account said.
The New York City Subway replied, saying they're "doing everything [they] can."
🔦 New York state on Thursday reported roughly 600 deaths from the coronavirus, most of those fatalities in New York City.
