Jury Selection To Begin On Capital Gazette Shooter’s Sanity Status

A jury selection is underway to determine the sanity of Capital Gazette killer Jarrod Ramos. Ramos has pleaded guilty to murdering five people at a newspaper office in Annapolis, Maryland, last year.

Ramos maintains his position of “not guilty” by reasons of insanity, and his defense team affirms this position. However, a report from the state health department holds that Ramos is not insane.
