Former NFL quarterback Colin Kaepernick, who caught national attention after protesting the national anthem, accused the United States military of "terrorist attacks," saying that "America has always sanctioned and besieged Black and Brown bodies both at home and abroad."

The tweets came just one day after the U.S. attack that killed Iranian Gen. Qassem Soleimani
