Mike Lindell, the wealthy entrepreneur and vocal Trump supporter known for his rise from a crack-cocaine addict to the creator of the immensely successful "MyPillow" product, has hinted that he may run for the governor of Minnesota in 2022.
Lindell famously created the luxury pillow line in 2004 while suffering from major drug addiction, from which he would eventually go on to lose his marriage, his house, and nearly his business before getting sober after dedicating his life to Jesus.
He has also been open in his support for President Trump, even claiming at one point that Trump had been "chosen by God" to run against Hillary Clinton in 2016.
Lindell told The Minneapolis Star Tribune on Thursday that he was eying a possible run for governor of his home state in two years.
"In case we do anything political, we're setting up the stage," he told the paper.
