National Abortion Rights Action League slammed for tweet blasting “family separation”

During the course of Thursday night's presidential debate, the candidates took up the controversial issue of the Obama-era policy, continued under President Trump, of separating illegal immigrant families at the border.

As Trump and Biden sparred over the policy, several individuals joined in the conversation online, including National Abortion Rights Action League:

Moments later, ethicist Andrew T. Walker anticipated a coming Twitter backlash.

Other slammed the organization as inappropriate.
