More than 30 Nigerian citizens were killed in the latest Muslim Fulani herdsmen attack in another instance of bloodshed in a country struggling with regular attacks from the nomadic terrorists.
The most recent attack took place in the villages of Marish and Ruboi in the state of Plateau. At least 32 people were killed, in addition to a church building and a pastor's house being burned down. Among the dead was a pregnant woman.
Marish is primarily a Christian village.
Muslim terrorists have been highly active in Nigeria recently. The group Boko Haram kidnapped a pastor from the town of Michika earlier this month. Video recently released by the Islamic State, meanwhile, showed a child soldier executing a Christian. The child vowed to "avenge the bloodshed visited upon us" before executing the prisoner.
