Rep. Tulsi Gabbard (D-Hawaii) has been officially eliminated from the Democratic debate in Arizona next weekend after the Democratic National Committee (DNC) on Friday announced new qualifying standards for participating candidates.
Tulsi failed to meet the lone qualifying standard that required at least 20 percent of the delegates awarded prior to the debate on March 15.
As a result, Sen. Bernie Sanders and former Vice President Joe Biden will be the only two candidates present for the debate in Phoenix, Arizona.
? Gabbard only received two of the 1,385 delegates awarded and has not qualified for a debate since November.
