Two Nigerian Christians were brutally murdered by Muslim Fulani herdsmen on Thursday, another instance of sustained anti-Christian terrorism in the region.

The attack took place in the village of Agom around 4:30 a.m. local time. The two victims, one 87 and the other 48, were members of a local Evangelical Reformed Church of Christ. One was killed with a machete, the other by gunshot; both were asleep in their bedrooms at the time the attack took place.

Agom is located in Sanga County, where in March the herdsmen murdered 10 Christians and burned down nearly 30 houses.

🔦 Last month, Fulani herdsmen kidnapped six children and two adults from a school in the village of Kakau Diji, located just a few hours from Agom.
