John Earle Sullivan, a known left-wing "agitator," has been charged for his role in the U.S. Capitol riots last week. Sullivan is facing allegations of violent entry, disorderly conduct, civil disorders, and improper entrance into a restricted building.
After the riots, CNN and MSNBC featured Sullivan in interviews where he claimed to have been present when Capitol Police shot and killed Ashli Babbitt.

According to a probable cause affidavit, Sullivan actively celebrated and rallied rioters during the siege:
"After the crowd broke through the last barricade, and as Sullivan and the others approach the Capitol Building, Sullivan can be heard in the video saying at various points: ‘There are so many people. Let's go. This s— is ours! F— yeah,' ‘We accomplished this s—. We did this together. F— yeah! We are all a part of this history,' and ‘Let's burn this s— down.'"
Sullivan has also been involved in numerous anti-Trump, far-left demonstrations.
