Jay Linneman, the owner of Linne's Pub in Cincinnati, Ohio, said he will no longer show NBA games until Los Angeles Lakers player LeBron James is "expelled from the NBA."

James tweeted a photo on Wednesday of a Columbus police officer who shot and killed a 16-year-old girl attempting to stab another girl on Tuesday. His tweet said, "YOU'RE NEXT. #ACCOUNTABILITY," with an hour-glass emoji. He later deleted the tweet.

"They just need to play the game and that's it," Linneman said. "Their opinion doesn't really matter. They're using their position to push their opinions, and that's just not right."

James appeared to respond sarcastically on Twitter to news of Linneman's announcement.
