The state of Pennsylvania certified its election results Tuesday, declaring former Vice President Joe Biden as the winner of the state.
Pennsylvania's 67 counties submitted their own election certifications Monday, even though Republicans in some counties voted against certifying the votes. Then, the Department of State tallied the votes and Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar officially signed off on the count, which had 3,458,229 votes for Biden and 3,377,674 for President Donald Trump.
Gov. Tom Wolf has officially named the 20 electors who will meet in the state capital on December 14.
