Queen Elizabeth II has canceled the 60th birthday celebration of Prince Andrew because of comments he made related to Jeffrey Epstein during a BBC interview. Prince Andrew, the Duke of York, has been under fire since Epstein's accuser Virginia Roberts Giuffre also accused the prince of sexually assaulting her.
Prince Andew denied the allegations.
"And without putting too fine a point on it, if you're a man, it is a positive act to have sex with somebody," he told BBC. "You have to take some sort of positive action, and so, therefore, if you try to forget, it's very difficult to try and forget a positive action, and I do not remember anything."
His comments temporarily cost him his royal duties and office in Buckingham Palace.
