United Airlines reportedly began operating charter flights on Friday to position Pfizer's COVID-19 vaccine for distribution, pending its approval by the Food and Drug Administration.
United is flying chartered planes full of the vaccine between Brussels International Airport and Chicago O'Hare International Airport.
Other airlines have also reportedly begun preparation for vaccine shipments.
