The bib of a runner in a recent Minneapolis race ended up foreshadowing his run in a dramatic way.
Tyler Moon, 25, wore a running bib with the message “Jesus saves” printed on it during the Medtronic TC 10, a 10-mile race in Minnesota. When he approached the eight-mile point, Moon collapsed and his heart stopped pumping blood.
Not far behind Moon in the race was a registered nurse named Jesus Bueno. Bueno and another runner administered CPR until paramedics arrived.
While in recovery, Moon joked about the incident saying it was “pretty fitting” that a nurse named Jesus would revive him while wearing the “Jesus saves” bib.
