San Francisco 49er Richard Sherman paid for more than $20,000 in school lunch debt for students in Washington and California this week.

Through his charity, Blanket Coverage Foundation, Sherman covered $20,000 in lunch debt for students in the Tacoma School District. He also paid for $7,000 worth of lunch debt for students in Santa Clara, California.

Sherman started Blanket Coverage Foundation to help low-income students.
