One nurse's harrowing account of the coronavirus frontlines is going viral, with the nurse herself urging everyone to "stay home" to mitigate the worst of the outbreak.

Mary Macdonald, who lives in Oakland County, Michigan, said her hospital has not only run out of ventilators but also the drugs used to sedate those being ventilated. They are even out of Tylenol.

"Resources are very slim," she said, adding that there are "no masks" and "no gowns" for hospital staff.

Macdonald urged viewers to stay home.

"I was one of those people that wasn't taking it seriously, but I'm here to tell you that you need to," she said.
