The Senate has passed the House coronavirus relief bill 90-8 on Wednesday, without changing anything.

The bill includes free coronavirus testing for both the insured and uninsured, two weeks of paid sick and family leave, increased funding for Medicaid and food security programs, and increased unemployment insurance benefits. It is considered "phase two" of coronavirus legislative efforts from Congress, and a "phase three" is already underway.

It is unclear how much the emergency funding measure will cost, as it is has not yet been scored by the Congressional Budget Office.
