A lawsuit brought by an ex-pastor against famous televangelist Ernest Angley has been settled out of court on confidential terms. The lawsuit alleged that the charismatic television host sexually abused and harassed the pastor over a period of 10 years.

Former pastor Brock Miller had claimed Angley had forced him to get a vasectomy, had inspected his genitals, and asked him sexual questions during Miller's time as a minister at Angley's home church of Grace Cathedral in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio.

The settlement reportedly includes a non-disparagement clause, which would prohibit Miller from saying anything negative about the 98-year-old pastor.

Angley has previously admitted to having at least one sexual relationship with a different man. His church contended that the allegations brought by Miller were false.
