One of the seven "high risk" sex offenders released from an Orange County prison early last month as a part of the government's response to coronavirus was rearrested Thursday for sex crimes — less than three weeks after his release.
Rudy William Grajeda Magdaleno, 39, is charged with exposing himself to parole resource center employees on April 17, just four days after his release, according to Santa Ana law enforcement officials.
Since Magdaleno failed to charge his GPS monitor the day before the incident, authorities were unable to make an immediate arrest.
Magdaleno's convictions include child molestation, indecent exposure, assault, battery, criminal threats, and inflicting injury on an elder adult. He has also violated his parole five times since 2017.
