The man who shot and killed Lee Keltner at the Denver, Colorado, "Patriot Rally," has been identified as 30-year-old Matthew Robert Dolloff.

Dolloff is a member of the Pinkerton detective agency and had been hired by the local 9News-TV station to provide security during the event. He is now being held by the Denver Police Department pending a first-degree murder investigation.

The shooting was caught on video as it took place in the courtyard of the Denver Art Museum. According to Keltner's mother, her son was protesting in defense of law enforcement, as anti-police, Black Lives Matter demonstrations were taking place nearby.

After fatally shooting Keltner, Dolloff surrendered to police, who say he will be charged with homicide.
