The most generous Christians in America live in Idaho, Iowa, and Las Vegas

America's most generous Christians live in central Idaho and eastern Iowa, according to a new Barna report.

The reported numbers include donations to churches and Christian non-profit organizations.

For Idaho, the Pocatello, Idaho Falls, and Jackson region ranked first for church and non-profit giving with an annual giving total of $17,977, of which $15,601 went to churches.

For Iowa, the Ottumwa and Kirksville region ranked second for church-giving, with an annual total of $9,600.

Ranked second for Christian non-profits was sin city itself, Las Vegas, with an annual giving total of $10,410.
