TobyMac's son Truett Foster McKeehan's cause of death has been revealed as an accidental overdose of fentanyl and amphetamines, a representative for the Christian rapper confirmed late Tuesday.

Truett McKeehan was found dead at home in Nashville in October. He was 21.

TobyMac hinted at his son's troubles in an emotional song and video he released called "21 years," in which he sang, "You said you'd turn, you would turn it around / Thought that you had time to straighten it out / Told me that you were my prodigal son / But this isn't home."
