During a Thursday Fox Business appearance, President Trump criticized vice presidential hopeful Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA), calling her "a communist" and "monster."

Trump also said Harris was lying throughout Wednesday night's vice presidential debate and that Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden would not last eight weeks as president.

"He won't be president for two months," Trump told hosthost Maria Bartiromo. "He's not mentally capable. He's not mentally capable of being president. You know that. Everybody knows that. Everybody that knows him. He can't be president, and this monster who was on stage with Mike Pence – who destroyed her last night, by the way – but, this monster, she says, no, no there won't be fracking, there won't be this. Everything she said is a lie."

When asked during the debate whether a Biden presidential administration would ban fracking, Harris responded that it would not.

"I will repeat, and the American people will know, Joe Biden will not ban fracking," she said. "That is a fact. That is a fact."

Vice President Mike Pence pointed out that Harris said in her run for president that she would ban fracking.

Trump also said that Harris is not a socialist, but a communist.

"She's a communist," he said. "She's left of Bernie."

🔦 An organization called GovTrack ranked Harris as the most liberal U.S. Senator for 2019.
