The Trump reelection campaign and the Republican National Committee pulled in a combined $86 million in February, a strong showing as both the president and the Republican party gear up to hold onto the White House in November.
Pro-Trump activists and fundraisers have raised a total of $607 million since the beginning of last year and currently hold more than $225 million in cash on hand. Trump campaign manager Brad Parscale referred to the president and the RNC together as an "unstoppable juggernaut."
The president faces a well-moneyed opposition in candidates such as Mike Bloomberg, who has admitted that he is willing to spend $1 billion to defeat the incumbent. Bernie Sanders, meanwhile, raised $46 million last month, the largest of any single candidate.
