Upon returning to the White House Monday evening, President Trump recorded and posted a video to the American people where he pressed those fighting coronavirus to face it with confidence and determination.
The president praised American doctors as being the best in the world, and encouraged citizens that a vaccine is just around the corner.
Despite many in media objecting that the video was dangerously downplaying the seriousness of the virus, the president's video received nearly 200,000 likes in the first two hours after posting it.
