Trump: SCOTUS pick "will be a woman," could be announced this week

President Trump said his nominee to replace Ruth Bader Ginsburg will be a woman. Trump said the official announcement could come as soon as this week.

"It will be a woman. A very talented, very brilliant woman," Trump said. "I think it should be a woman. I actually like women much more than I like men."

? Two weeks ago, Trump released a list of potential Supreme Court nominees. Thirteen of the candidates on that list are women, which are: Bridget Bade, Amy Coney Barrett, Allison Eid, Britt Grant, Barbara Lagoa, Joan Larsen, Martha Pacold, Sarah Pitlyk, Allison Jones Rushing, Margaret Ryan, Diane Sykes, and Kate Comerford Todd.
