President Trump tweeted support for Iranian anti-government protesters in their own native tongue, Farsi, Saturday, saying, "I've stood with you since the beginning of my presidency" and "we are inspired by your courage." He also called on the Iranian government to "allow human rights groups to monitor and report facts from the ground," and warned, "there can not be another massacre of peaceful protesters, nor an internet shutdown."

🔦 The rulers of Iran are facing pressure from their own people after shooting down a Ukrainian airliner full of civilians and then repeatedly denying it, before finally coming clean and admitting that they "mistakenly" downed the aircraft with a missile in the hours after attacking U.S. forces in Iraq.
