Video: Air Force Two forced to return to airport after striking bird on takeoff

During its takeoff from a New Hampshire airport, Air Force Two, Vice President Mike Pence's plane, struck a bird and reported engine trouble.

The vice president's office confirmed that Pence was aboard the plane when the incident occurred. The pilots completed an uneventful return to the airport, where everyone on board departed safely.

According to journalists covering the vice president, Pence and his staff were transferred to a cargo plane for their return to Washington, D.C.
